A new opinion from one of the country’s leading music critics contends that Imagine Dragons is “the best band ever.” The critic, who goes by the name julie8rAiNbOw, published her critique in the comment section of the Youtube video for Imagine Dragon’s hit song “I Bet My Life.” At the time of publishing, the comment already had acquired 735 thumbs-up ratings.
Over the past month, julie8rAiNbOw has written extensive analysis on the music of Imagine Dragons. On the Youtube video for a different song, “Gold,” she posted a thoughtful commentary on the historical significance of the band: “I love them because they don’t need to use curse words and sex in their lyrics so it is music for everyone. They are the last of a dying breed. LOVE this song.”
Julie8rAiNbOw reportedly listened to over a hundred different songs from more than four different bands before coming to this historic decision. However, insider sources tell us that one of the julie8rAiNbOw’s colleagues, california-dreaminggg, is in the process of writing a rebuttal asserting “1D forever!!!”
